Ingredients
Each 5 mL adult serving contains cod liver oil 4.0 g and vitamin D3 1000 IU, providing total EPA and DHA 900 mg, including EPA 300 mg and DHA 600 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: organic medium-chain triglycerides, natural lemon flavour, tocopherols derived from non-GMO soy and green tea extract.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily. Adolescents aged 9–18 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily. Children aged 4–9 years: Take 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 100 days.
