Ingredients

Each capsule contains cape aloe latex 250 mg, rhubarb root and rhizome 200 mg, magnesium from magnesium oxide 115 mg, slippery elm bark and bud 50 mg, marshmallow root 50 mg and triphala 50 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose and water.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule at bedtime, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Allow 6–12 hours for effect. Take two to three times weekly and increase to once daily only if needed. Consult for use beyond seven days.

Warnings

Reduce the dose or stop use if abdominal pain, cramps, spasms or diarrhea occurs. Consult before use with medicines or conditions that may affect electrolytes, kidneys, the heart or bowel function. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, unexplained abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, severe dehydration or diarrhea.
