Ingredients
Each softgel contains fish oil concentrate from tuna and anchovies, 1,000 mg, providing total omega-3 fatty acids 750 mg, DHA 500 mg and EPA 250 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, enteric coating and water) and vitamin E as natural d-alpha tocopherols.
Directions
Children 9 years and older and adults: Take 1 softgel one to two times daily with meals.
