Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per capsule: grape seed extract 25 mg (95% proanthocyanidins), green tea extract 25 mg (95% polyphenols), MSM 200 mg, glucosamine hydrochloride 150 mg, vitamin C 80 mg, betaine hydrochloride 40 mg, magnesium 29 mg, vitamin E 13.4 mg AT (20 IU), and hyaluronic acid 5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: blackberry, blueberry, cranberry and raspberry powders, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
Adults: Take 5 capsules twice daily. Do not take with dairy products. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
