Ingredients
Sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate and calcium sulphate.
Directions
Use up to 6% by weight of flour depending on the baked product. For most cakes, approximately 5% may be used. Measure accurately and follow the recipe.
