Ingredients
Each drop contains melatonin 120 mcg. Other ingredients: organic alcohol from sugarcane, glycerin, purified water, and natural peppermint extract.
Directions
Adults: Take 5–50 drops once daily, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks for sleep restriction, altered sleep schedule, delayed sleep phase disorder, or restoration of the sleep-wake cycle.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks, if you have a medical condition, or if you take medication. Avoid alcohol and products that cause drowsiness. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Stop use if allergy, headache, confusion or nausea occurs.
