Ingredients

Each capsule delivers 21 billion CFU from 11 Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus probiotic strains plus 10 billion CFU of Saccharomyces boulardii. Other ingredients include arabinogalactan, inulin, non-GMO potato starch, vitamin C, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO GPS vegetable capsule.

Directions

Children aged 6–12 years, adolescents and adults: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics. For travellers’ diarrhea risk reduction, start 5 days before travel and continue throughout the trip; finish remaining capsules after returning.

Warnings
