Ingredients
Each capsule contains psyllium husk 500 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetable capsule (hypromellose and water) and stearic acid.
Directions
Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: Take 2 capsules three times daily with 250 mL of liquid, two hours before or after other medications. Effects may occur within 12–24 hours but can take two to three days.
Warnings
Take with sufficient liquid. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, intestinal obstruction or unexplained bowel symptoms. Consult before use with diabetes or persistent changes in bowel habits. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if chest pain, vomiting, difficulty breathing or swallowing occurs.
