Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per 10 mL: Iron (ferrous gluconate), 10 mg; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 1.1 mg; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 1.1 mg; vitamin B3 (niacinamide), 8 mg; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 1.3 mg; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), 2.4 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: water, orange juice concentrate, pineapple fruit, molasses, aqueous extract of spinach and anise fruit, organic beet juice powder, organic acerola fruit juice powder, ascorbic acid, and citric acid.
Directions
Shake gently before use and take with food, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. Adults, including breastfeeding women, and adolescents 14–18 years: Take 10 mL twice daily. Pregnant adults: Take 10 mL three times daily. Children and adolescents 4–13 years: Take 5 mL twice daily.
Warnings
Liquid iron may stain teeth; rinse the mouth with water or brush immediately after use. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Keep out of reach of children; this package contains enough iron to seriously harm a child. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
