Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains vitamin C 350 mg, iron from iron ascorbate 30 mg, thiamine 10 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg, inositol hexanicotinate 4 mg, riboflavin 4 mg, folate 1 mg and vitamin B12 350 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and a non-GMO vegetable capsule.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
