Ingredients
Each teaspoon provides the equivalent of 559 mg of certified organic valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root. Non-medicinal ingredients: purified water and 25% organic alcohol from sugarcane.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 mL) one to three times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For use as a sleep aid, take the final dose before bedtime.
