N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine 1 milligrams (Melatonin). Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Flavour, Peppermint Flavour, Magnesium Stearate, Lactose Monohydrate
Recommended adult dose: All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 3 tablets once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Warnings
Ask/Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Ask/Consult a health care practitioner before/prior to use if you have a cardiovascular, immune, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma or diabetes. Ask/Consult a health care practitioner before/prior to use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners. When using this product avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. When using this product avoid driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.
