Ingredients
Each softgel contains fish oil from anchovy, 1,000 mg, providing 750 mg total omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA 500 mg and DHA 250 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), enteric coating (pharmaceutical glaze, ethyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, glycerin, lecithin, medium-chain triglycerides), and vitamin E from sunflower.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels one to two times daily with meals. Children 6 years and older: Take 1 softgel one to two times daily with meals.
