Ingredients

Each capsule provides 10 billion CFU from 10 probiotic strains plus 150 mg of fermented organic apple, blueberry, cranberry, broccoli, carrot, kale, parsley and spinach. Non-medicinal ingredients include a vegetarian capsule, maltodextrin, inulin, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and ascorbic acid.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
