Ingredients
Each vegetarian capsule contains saffron extract (Affron) (Crocus sativus) stigma, 28 mg, standardized to 3.5% Lepticrosalides containing crocins and safranal. Non-medicinal ingredients: vegetarian capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silica.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks, or beyond 4 weeks when used for sleep quality. Adolescents over 12 years: 1 capsule daily for mood; consult for use beyond 8 weeks.
Warnings
