Ingredients
Each capsule contains Nutricol bioflavonoids from grape seed 25 mg and green tea 25 mg, MSM 200 mg, glucosamine hydrochloride 150 mg, vitamin C 80 mg, betaine HCl 40 mg, magnesium 29 mg, vitamin E 13.4 mg AT (20 IU) and hyaluronic acid 5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: blackberry, blueberry, cranberry and raspberry powders, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
Adults: Take 5 capsules twice daily. For best absorption, do not take with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
