Ingredients

Each softgel contains peppermint oil 100 mg, providing menthol 50 mg; oregano oil 70 mg, providing carvacrol 42 mg; and caraway oil 30 mg, providing carvone 15 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, ethylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, oleic acid, sodium alginate and stearic acid.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 softgel 15–30 minutes before meals three times daily. Take a few hours before or after supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Use in three-week cycles with at least one week between cycles.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or before use with gallstones, anemia, hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux or acute abdominal pain. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or with allergy to Lamiaceae, Apiaceae or carrot-family herbs. Stop use if hypersensitivity or gastrointestinal upset occurs.
