Ingredients
Each capsule contains DL-alpha-lipoic acid 200 mg, gymnema extract 100 mg, cassia cinnamon 10:1 extract 100 mg, fenugreek 10:1 extract 75 mg, grape seed extract 75 mg, magnesium 20 mg, zinc 3 mg and chromium 166 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose and magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after other medication. For optimal results, use for at least 1 month. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use if taking medication or if you have diabetes, acid reflux, stomach or intestinal ulcers, or allergy to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms of serious low blood sugar or cinnamon hypersensitivity occur. Keep out of reach of children.
