Ingredients
Each 5 mL contains fish oil from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and/or herring 4.55 g, providing total EPA and DHA 1250 mg, including EPA 750 mg and DHA 500 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: natural lemon flavour, tocopherols derived from soy and green tea extract.
Directions
Adults, adolescents and children aged 1 year and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily.
