Each capsule contains: Passiflora incarnata 166.67 mg; 5-HTP 33.33 mg; L-theanine 80 mg; Scutellaria lateriflora root 166.67 mg; Valeriana officinalis root dry extract 166.67 mg (6:1, equivalent to 1000 mg dried root, standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid); GABA 100 mg; L-tryptophan 50 mg; Melissa officinalis 100 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: hypromellose and magnesium stearate.

Adults 19+: Take 3 capsules once daily

Warnings

Consult if symptoms persist or worsen, or sleeplessness lasts over 4 weeks. Avoid caffeine and products that raise blood pressure. Consult before use with carbidopa or serotonergic drugs/supplements, including L-tryptophan, SAMe, St. John’s wort, antidepressants, painkillers, dextromethorphan, anti-nausea or anti-migraine medicines. Stop and consult for weakness, mouth ulcers, abdominal pain with severe muscle pain, or skin changes. Do not combine with alcohol or drowsiness-causing products. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Drowsiness may occur; use caution when driving or operating machinery. Stop if allergy occurs. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain may occur. Keep out of reach of children.
