AOR Ortho-Adapt® combines porcine adrenal gland, Siberian ginseng, licorice, rhodiola, ashwagandha, vitamin C and vitamin B5. It helps improve mental or physical performance after exertion and is used as a tonic to relieve general debility and aid convalescence.

Medicinal ingredients
Per capsule: porcine adrenal gland 125 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 125 mg; pantothenic acid (pantethine, calcium D-pantothenate) 50 mg; licorice root extract 200 mg (5:1, DHE 1000 mg); Siberian ginseng root extract 50 mg (9–15:1, DHE 450–750 mg); Rhodiola rosea extract 37.5 mg (1–6% rosavins, 0.8–3% salidroside); ashwagandha extract 50 mg (10:1, DHE 500 mg).
Non-medicinal ingredients
Dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate and silicon dioxide. Capsule: hypromellose. Contains ingredients of animal origin.
Directions
Adults 18+: Take 2–4 capsules daily after a meal. Consult for use beyond one month. Do not open capsules or exceed the daily dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings
Consult before use with antidepressants, HRT or birth-control pills, acute infection, liver disorder, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not combine with alcohol or sedatives. Do not use with medicines that aggravate electrolyte imbalance, or with hypokalemia, high blood pressure, kidney or cardiovascular disease, or bipolar disorders. Consult if symptoms persist. Headache, mild gastrointestinal upset, palpitations or hyperactivity/insomnia may occur.
