Directions: Adults take 1 capsule, 1–6 times daily.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, iron deficient, have cystinuria, or take nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Stop use and seek advice if sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness or confusion occur; these may indicate serious low blood sugar. Consult before use if you have a liver disorder. Stop use and seek advice for yellow skin/eyes, stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness or loss of appetite.
