Medicinal Ingredients
Each capsule: Chromium (chromium picolinate) 167 mcg; cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) extract 33 mg (10:1); Gymnema sylvestre extract 66.5 mg (20:1); bitter melon (Momordica charantia) extract 85 mg (10:1); R(+) alpha-lipoic acid (sodium salt) 100 mg. Contains 10 mg sodium per capsule.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin and sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Warnings
Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking acetaminophen, allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam, or if you have acid reflux, stomach or intestinal ulcers, liver disease, or alcoholism. Consult before use if you have a kidney disorder or diabetes, or for use beyond 6 months. Stop and consult if hypoglycaemia or an allergic reaction occurs. May irritate the stomach lining and cause reflux. Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach of children and follow the label.
