Medicinal ingredients (per capsule): vitamin D 3.6 mcg (cholecalciferol); copper 143 mcg (citrate); magnesium 60 mg (aspartate) and 60 mg (oxide); chromium 14.3 mcg (picolinate); molybdenum 6.4 mcg (sodium molybdate); calcium 143 mg (citrate-malate); iodine 21.4 mcg (potassium iodide); potassium 14 mg (chloride) and 14 mg (from potassium iodide); manganese 329 mcg (bisglycinate); boron 100 mcg (citrate); selenium 7.9 mcg (selenomethionine); vanadium 2.6 mcg (citrate); silicon 7.1 mg (HVP chelate); zinc 1.6 mg (citrate).
Non-medicinal ingredients: sucrose, corn starch, glycine, rice flour, citric acid, tocopherols, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, stearic acid, sodium stearyl fumarate, soy flour, gum arabic, tricalcium phosphate, coconut oil, dextrin, olive oil, water, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, xylitol, ascorbyl palmitate, dicalcium phosphate, rice starch and L-aspartic acid.
Directions: Adults take 1 capsule daily, a few hours before or after other medications.
Warnings
Some people may experience diarrhea. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes.
