When using this product exercise caution while driving or using machinery, as you may experience drowsiness. When using this product you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. When using this product you may avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if you experience skin hardening, pain or stiffness of muscles or joints, tremors, agitation/confusion, or an increased heart rate. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Stop use if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Not to be used by individuals under the age of 18 or those with a medical condition. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma or diabetes. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, pain killers or medications for nausea or migraine. Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners. Ask a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Ask a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are driving or use machinery for 5 hours after taking Ortho-Sleep. Do not use if pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive. Do not use if you have scleroderma.
