AOR Vitamin D3 2500 IU - 120 Capsules

Overview

Each AOR Vitamin D3 2500 IU capsule provides 62.5 mcg (2,500 IU) of vitamin D3. Vitamin D helps prevent deficiency and supports the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus. With adequate calcium, a healthy diet and regular exercise, it may reduce osteoporosis risk in people with vitamin D deficiency.

Medicinal ingredient

Each capsule: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from whole Cladina rangiferina) 62.5 mcg / 2,500 IU.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Chlorophyll, tricalcium phosphate, hypromellose, acacia gum, dl-alpha tocopherol, carrot root powder, corn starch, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium ascorbate, maltodextrin, sodium stearyl fumarate, sugar and medium-chain triglycerides. Formulas can change; check the physical label for current ingredients and allergens.

Directions

Adults 18+: Take 1 capsule daily with adequate calcium intake, or as directed by a qualified health-care practitioner.

Warnings

• For most adults, 15–20 mcg (600–800 IU) vitamin D daily is adequate. Ask a health-care practitioner whether you need extra vitamin D.
• Consult before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a kidney disorder, or if you use other vitamin D supplements, multivitamins containing vitamin D, or vitamin D analogues.
• Consult before use if taking prescription medicines, including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics.
• Do not use if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.
• Stop use and consult if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, poor coordination, muscle weakness or any other adverse effect occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
