When taken prophylactically, helps prevent migraine headaches and reduce their severity, frequency, nausea and vomiting. Feverfew is traditionally used for headache relief. Skullcap is traditionally used to relieve restlessness and nervousness and as a sleep aid.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with or after food. Reduce gradually if pausing or stopping treatment.
Duration: Use at least 4–6 weeks for migraine prevention benefits. Consult for use beyond 4 months.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Consult if symptoms persist or worsen, before use with blood thinners, or if sleeplessness lasts over 3 weeks. Do not combine with alcohol or sedative drugs/natural health products. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with Asteraceae-family allergy.
Stop for hypersensitivity/allergy. Sore mouth, mouth ulcers, gastrointestinal discomfort or drowsiness may occur. Use caution when driving, operating machinery or doing tasks requiring alertness.

Non-medicinal: Peppermint leaf extract, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
