Women 18 years and older: Take 1 scoop once daily in water or juice with a meal. A daily intake of 400 mcg folate is adequate for most women; ask a health care practitioner whether additional folate is appropriate.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have kidney stones, kidney disease, a seizure disorder or cardiovascular disease, or take blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or medication for cardiovascular disease or erectile dysfunction. Do not use with antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.
