Medicinal ingredients (per capsule): Folate 250 mcg (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate); vitamin K1 22.5 mcg; pantothenic acid 2.5 mg (calcium D-pantothenate); biotin 12.5 mcg; vitamin B6 6.25 mg (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate); magnesium 42.5 mg (magnesium citrate); molybdenum 12.5 mcg (molybdenum (VI) citrate); copper 500 mcg (copper (II) citrate); calcium 87 mg (calcium citrate); iodine 55 mcg (potassium iodide); selenium 15 mcg (selenium citrate); chromium 25 mcg (chromium (III) citrate); niacinamide 7.5 mg; thiamine 1.25 mg (thiamine mononitrate); vitamin D 2.5 mcg/100 IU (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 5 mcg (methylcobalamin); vitamin E 4.19 mg AT/6.25 IU (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate); riboflavin 0.375 mg (riboflavin 5'-phosphate); manganese 0.5 mg (manganese (II) citrate); beta-carotene 750 mcg/1,250 IU; iron 11.25 mg (iron (II) citrate); vitamin C 37.5 mg (ascorbic acid); choline 10 mg (choline dihydrogen citrate); zinc 6.25 mg (zinc citrate).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, hypromellose.
Directions: Women 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. A daily intake of 400 mcg of folate is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Ask a health care practitioner whether you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.
Warnings
Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking blood thinners. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
