Kyolic Formula 109 combines odourless Aged Garlic Extract™, Suntheanine® L-theanine and NSK-SD® nattokinase. Its Canadian-licensed uses include helping maintain cardiovascular health and reduce elevated blood lipid levels in adults, providing antioxidants, and helping relieve symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections and catarrhal conditions. Medicinal ingredients per capsule: Aged garlic dry extract 200 mg (3:1, equivalent to 600 mg dried bulb); nattokinase 35 mg (providing 700 FU, sourced from Bacillus subtilis var. natto and soy); L-theanine 12 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. Contains soy-derived ingredients and gelatin.
Adults 19+: Take 2 capsules once daily. This is the Health Canada licensed dose; follow the package or your healthcare practitioner's directions if instructed otherwise.
Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if taking products that affect blood coagulation including blood thinners, if you have a bleeding disorder, or if allergic to soy. Stop 7 days before scheduled surgery; stop immediately before unscheduled surgery or after an injury causing bruising or bleeding. Consult before use if you have diabetes or a cardiovascular, kidney or liver disorder, or take protease inhibitors or any medication. Consult if symptoms persist or worsen. Stop if allergy or hypersensitivity occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
