Medicinal ingredients per capsule: Elemental iron (heme iron polypeptide from bovine hemoglobin; BSE-free, naturally sourced, hormone-free) 11 mg; elemental selenium (selenomethionine) 66.7 mcg; folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt) 333.3 mcg; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 333.3 mcg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin (BSE-free bovine source, Halal certified), microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with food. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
