Medicinal ingredient: Magnesium (from magnesium L-threonate) 72 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, d-alpha tocopherol, mixed berry flavour, potassium sorbate, acacia gum, citric acid, glycerin, xanthan gum, stevia leaf extract, phospholipids, beta-carotene and ethyl alcohol.
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon once daily.
