• Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus (St-21) — 1.5 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus salivarius (Ls-33) — 1.2 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32) — 2.2 billion CFU
• Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-02) — 1.8 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11) — 1.2 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) — 4.4 billion CFU

Non-medicinal ingredients

L-glutamine 250 mg, hypromellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, gellan gum.

Directions

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before or with a meal. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics or antifungals.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult if digestive upset occurs, worsens or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (such as AIDS or lymphoma) or receive long-term corticosteroid treatment. Keep out of reach of children.
