Organic extra-virgin pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo, seed) — 4562.5 mg, providing 40% linoleic acid and 18% oleic acid.

Directions

Adults: take 1–3 teaspoons (5–15 mL) once daily. May be taken directly or added to salads, dips, yogurt, smoothies, or low-temperature foods. Avoid high-heat cooking to preserve oil quality.
