Ingredients

Ingredients per 2 tsp (6.6 g): 7 probiotic strains totaling 16 billion CFU, organic inulin 6000 mg, and L-glutamine 250 mg. Non-medicinal: natural mixed berry flavour and stevia leaf.

• Bifidobacterium bifidum / B. lactis (Bb-02): 1.8 billion CFU
• Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (Bl-04): 3.7 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14): 4.4 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11): 1.2 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115): 1.5 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32): 2.2 billion CFU
• Lactobacillus salivarius (Ls-33): 1.2 billion CFU

Directions

Adults: dissolve 2 tsp (6.6 g; 1 scoop) in 250 mL water once daily. Take 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics/antifungals and 2 hours before or after other medicines or natural health products.

Warnings

Do not use if immunocompromised. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if pregnant/breastfeeding, diabetic, on a low-protein diet, taking medicines that inhibit peristalsis, or if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, or a bowel-habit change lasting over 2 weeks. Stop and consult if digestive upset worsens or lasts over 3 days. Hypersensitivity and mild gas, bloating or cramps may occur.

Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed; refrigeration extends shelf life. Do not remove the desiccant. Natural colour and taste variation is normal.
