It acts as an antioxidant and supports cardiovascular health and cellular energy production; the organic flaxseed oil is also a source of essential fatty acids, omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

Medicinal ingredients per softgel: CoQ10 (ubiquinol form, microorganism source, as Kaneka Q+) 100 mg; organic flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum, seed) 297 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob powder), yellow beeswax, non-GMO sunflower lecithin and d-alpha tocopherol (from non-GMO sunflower oil).
Recommended adult dose: Take 1 softgel 1–3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
