Each capsule: Valerian 4:1 extract 100 mg (standardized to 0.8% valerenic acid); skullcap powder 100 mg; passionflower 4:1 extract 50 mg; hops powder 50 mg; hops 5:1 extract 25 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule and rice starch.
Adults: Take 1–3 capsules daily at bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. For occasional use only.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a practitioner. May cause drowsiness. Do not drive, perform activities requiring alertness, or combine with sedatives or alcohol. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a practitioner if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks. Keep out of reach of children.
