Serenity Formula is an herbal adaptogen blend that supports performance after mental or physical exertion, temporarily relieves stress symptoms such as mental fatigue and weakness, supports focus and mental stamina, and helps reduce fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability and poor concentration. It provides antioxidant support and helps maintain cardiovascular health.

Medicinal ingredients (per capsule): Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus root; 15:1 extract, equivalent to 1125 mg dried herb; 0.8% eleutherosides) 75 mg; lavender (Lavandula angustifolia aerial parts; 5:1 extract, equivalent to 375 mg dried herb) 75 mg; ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root; 8:1 dry extract, equivalent to 1000 mg dried herb; 8% withanolides, 2% withaferin A, 32% oligosaccharides) 125 mg; ashwagandha leaf (same standardized 8:1 extract) 125 mg; rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea root; 3.5% rosavins, 1% salidrosides) 37.5 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, rice starch, purified water and carbohydrate gum.
Adults: General use: Take 1–2 capsules twice daily or as directed by a health-care practitioner. Stress/cognitive support: Take 2 capsules twice daily. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Avoid taking before bedtime.
Warnings
Consult a health-care practitioner before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an acute infection, or if taking antidepressants, hormone replacement therapy or birth-control pills. Consult if symptoms persist or worsen. Combining with alcohol or sedative drugs/natural health products is not recommended. Do not use with high blood pressure, bipolar disorder or bipolar-spectrum disorder. Stop use if irritability or insomnia occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
