Ingredients
Each softgel contains: Cod liver oil (Gadus morhua, liver) 1100 mg; Vitamin A (palmitate, cod liver oil) 2500 IU (756 mcg RAE); Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, cod liver oil) 400 IU (10 mcg). Non-medicinal ingredients: softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water). Contains fish (cod).
How to Use
Recommended adult dose: 1 softgel daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For vitamin A and D deficiencies in adults: 2 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
