Medicinal Ingredients
Each vegetarian capsule: Berberine (hydrochloride, from Berberis vulgaris root) 500 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), rice flour, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, silica and stearic acid.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if you have leucopenia, a kidney disorder, hypotension or blood pressure problems, or before use if you have hypoglycaemia or diabetes. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhoea; if this occurs, stop use and consult a practitioner. Keep out of reach of children and follow the label.
