Ingredients
Each softgel contains 100% pure cold-pressed organic flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil, hexane-free, 1,000 mg, providing alpha-linolenic acid 550 mg, oleic acid 184 mg and linoleic acid 174 mg. Other ingredients: natural vitamin E from non-GMO sunflower in a softgel containing annatto extract, bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels two to four times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
