Highly concentrated omega-3 fish oil from wild deep-sea anchovies and sardines. Each softgel provides 990 mg of EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio to help maintain good health, support cognitive health, brain function and cardiovascular health, help lower serum triglycerides, and promote healthy mood balance. Non-GMO, made in a certified cGMP facility in Canada, and tested for heavy-metal contaminants by an ISO 17025–accredited laboratory.

Each softgel contains: Fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids from wild deep-sea whole anchovies and/or whole sardines) 1,414 mg, providing EPA 660 mg and DHA 330 mg; ultrapure pharmaceutical grade.
Other ingredients: Natural vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol from non-GMO sunflower) 3.35 mg AT (5 IU); fish gelatin, vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Adults: Take 1 softgel twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
