Each capsule contains: Bilberry extract ( Vaccinium myrtillus ) (fruit) (Standardized to 36% anthocyanidins)40 mg Bilberry powder 5:1 ( Vaccinium myrtillus ) (fruit)305 mg Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water).
Recommended adult dose: Slowing the progression of disorders of the eye and relieving symptoms related to non-complicated CVI: 2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. All other uses: 2–3 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
