Each capsule contains: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)300 mg Glucosamine sulfate (potassium chloride from shrimp/crab exoskeleton)300 mg Chondroitin sulfate (sodium from bovine cartilage)240 mg Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), rice powder.
Recommended adult dose: 5 capsules daily with food, for at least 1 month to see the beneficial effects, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Avoid taking at bedtime.
