Each vegetarian capsule contains: NEM® Eggshell Membrane ( Gallus gallus ) (eggshell)500 mg Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
