Each capsule contains: Resveratrol [grape (Vitis vinifera) (fruit) and Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) (root)]250 mg (from 500 mg ResveratrolRich®) Natural Trans Resveratrol form Rice powder, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
