Each softgel contains 500 mg fish oil from sardines and anchovies, providing DHA 240 mg, EPA 102 mg, and other omega-3 fatty acids 73 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural strawberry flavour, vitamin E, and rosemary extract.
Adults: Take 2 softgels daily with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
