Medicinal ingredient: Each capsule contains coenzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone, bacterial fermentation) 30 mg. Non-medicinal: Rice flour; veg capsule (hypromellose, water).
Adults—antioxidant/cardiovascular health: Take 1–3 capsules, 1–3 times daily. Migraine prophylaxis: Take 3 capsules, 2–3 times daily; use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
