Medicinal ingredients (per veg capsule): Quercetin dihydrate 400 mg (as quercetin anhydrous); bromelain 165 mg from fruit and stem, providing 396 GDU total activity.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silica, water, microcrystalline cellulose, and rice flour.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
Contraindications and warnings
Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to pineapple. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have a gastrointestinal lesion or ulcer, take anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics, or are having surgery. Stop use and seek advice if headache, tingling, allergy, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occurs.
