Nutridom CoQ10 100 mg provides naturally fermented coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone, the oxidized form) in oil-based softgels. CoQ10 acts as an antioxidant to help maintain good health and helps maintain and support cardiovascular health. The oil-based softgel supports absorption of fat-soluble CoQ10.

Medicinal ingredient (per 1 softgel): Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone, Solanesol process) 100 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, beeswax, and glycerin. The oil carrier may be soybean or sunflower oil; if you have a soy allergy, check the current package label before use.
Adult dose: Take 1 softgel 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a health care professional. Take with a fat-containing meal to support absorption.
